Users are not supposed to know out about the fake chat operators. That is why they hide behind fictitious profiles. A paid membership is required to use the chat. This explains why the fake chat operators entice real users to send many messages. The paid membership is in fact a subscription, which comes with an automatic renewal function.

You will be duped by getting a partner from the dating platform, but you will not be successful. Their services are scams and your subscription will not be worth it. Therefore, all users should be cautious and avoid this dating platform at all cost.
