Report for SpDate.com review

This online dating portal comes with a somewhat unusual, but very attractive design. The site is entirely black, and the visitor learns that an active member can make more than 100 contacts a day.

Since there is no information on the site about any costs, we have a first quick look at the terms and conditions. Here we see that the operator is Digital International Inc, which is headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus. An initial search on the internet shows that the operator is not wholly unknown. We find a lot of bad reports from former customers. They complain that the site has a moderated chat and moderators hide behind fictitious profiles. The aim of these tricks is to animate the newbies into spending a lot of money.

Details on the SpDate.com review

The modern design of the starting page gives an excellent impression and does not suggest that there is a massive rip-off behind this facade. We register to get a better insight into the operator’s scam from Cyprus. Registration is quick and easy. Only the usual information is required. It is crucial to have an e-mail address, which must be confirmed later.

The new member is quickly redirected to the main section of the dating website. The page looks tidy, and the menu includes the usual features, such as home, messages, context, activity, personal settings, and top-users. What is striking is the many third-party providers in the member area that offer different services. The frequently displayed advertisements only annoy.

Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 23/06/2023)

“In addition to the preceding paragraph and other provisions of this agreement, any statement that may be posted on the service is for informational and entertainment purposes only…”

As we already suspected, the operator uses moderators with fake profiles to encourage naive newcomers to upgrade their memberships. It goes without saying that the person behind the profile does not look like the one in the photo, and of course, there will never be a meeting. As if that were not rip-off enough! The SPDate.com site also uses automatic algorithms, which permanently connect the members with so-called perfect matches. It goes without saying that only paid employees hide behind them.

The cost of SpDate.com memberships is between $29.95 and 59.95 per month. Even one dollar is too much to conduct a fake chat. During our research, we were not able to find out the exact location of the operator Digital International Inc. There is nothing in their terms and conditions, neither any hint on the Internet.

The conclusion from our SpDate.com review

SPDate.com claims that they are smart dating for real people, but they are just another cheeky website ripping off people. They have it all, from auto-generated bot messages, fake profiles, and questionable third-party advertisements. Focus your search somewhere else, here you will not get one single date.

I totally agree, SP dating site is defiantly a scam , I think it would be cool to call crime watch daily and report them, I bet they can figure out where the website is located and who is running the show, I would call but I am getting back with my ex wife, The last thing I need right now is to be on a TV crime show talking to a reporter about dating sites
