All the women shown look very young and attractive, which, in reality, does not seem very likely. The free registration for this subscription rip-off can be done in just three simple steps. Nothing can be found about paid memberships, which does not make sense, if it is a regular dating site.
The company behind this website has their operation in Cham, which is in Switzerland, under the name Paidwings AG. Looking up this name on the internet gets a lot of hits. Almost all have the word “scam” in them. In addition, several former members mention a subscription rip-off in their reviews. This is not very promising. From our experience, we know most of these companies run several scam sites.

The site SexDating24.co.nz looks promising with the offering of free membership. However, this is a simply trick to make people register. After you have registered, you will receive several messages within a short time. But you will not be able to open the messages, or respond, unless you choose the option of a paid membership. At this point, however, the interest for someone who is looking for a hook-up has been aroused.
Going over the site as a member, you can see all the profiles, but only with the option to send predefined messages. This is when the fake chat operators respond to your message. But you will not be able to respond without a paid membership. This is all part of the scam. The site is created in the same way as most fake dating sites. They grab the attention of unaware people during their free membership. They must pay membership fees to contact the women who they believe to be real. Unfortunately, the women are all fake.
The fee for fee-based Services is to be paid in advance to paidwings and shall be collected in full using the payment procedure selected in the ordering process if this amount can be covered by the means of payment given. The term of a paid membership (Premium) corresponds to the period shown in the package description or the period selected by the user when ordering the package (initial term). The initial term is a maximum of two years.
If the membership is not terminated at the end of the initial term, the contract shall be extended for an indefinite period (contract extension). The period of notice, or, if a different period was stated when the paid access was purchased, for memberships with a term of no more than one month: 14 days, and for memberships with a term of more than one month: 30 days.
Looking further into their terms and conditions, there are more warning signs. In the privacy policy, it states, that when you create a profile, this will automatically be publicly available to users of additional platforms operated by Paidwings AG. This information is difficult to find, and not something most members will realise or want. It means that your personal data is now openly available on several sites. This is not the experience members are looking for.
Although the first impression of the site is great, this is all part of the trick. They grab the intention of real people who are feeling lonely, or simply want to have some adult fun. The registration is made easy, and the attention and interest in the profile you just created, is immediately there. Without the paid subscription scam trick, you simply cannot contact someone who you believe is a real person. As most scam sites, the profiles which contact you are operated by fake chat operators.
After we have finished our review, our only conclusion is that SexDating24.co.nz is a subscription scam, with the sole intention of a rip-off. Going through all the reviews by previous members from Paidwings AG, you find a lot of information which says that unsubscribing from your membership is extremely difficult. The company ignores emails, faxes or postal letters. They simply decline the request without stating any reason. Meanwhile, you are charged for membership each month.

If they refuse to answer my email in regards to have my profile deleted, what grounds do i have. Is it legal. Or can i just walk away and forget the whole deal. They also threatened me to send collection agents. So where do i stand, does anyone know. Also the site sexdating24 is in fact a scam and a fraud, so therefore it cant be legal. So whatever contract they have also cant be legal?
