The first impression you have when you arrive at the landing page of LocalTemptation.com is that you have made the right choice already. The preview of the members’ pool is terrific. A lot of hot women just waiting to date with you. The website is a scam, a cheeky rip-off. Included in the fine print on the starting page, they mention the use of computer-generated virtual profiles, which means the members’ pool is full of fictions profiles. The company behind this moderated chat is High Knight LTD from Cyprus.
Reports and testimonies, which we found during our research, leave no doubt that the portal is also luring users into subscription traps which are hard to terminate. We have encountered the company before. They are operating a massive network of dating portals; all known for subscription traps and moderated chats.

The site promises fast hook-ups with a lot of members in your neighbourhood. What could actually go wrong? But we have a closer look and also read the fine print on the landing page. It clearly states that the website is using faked profiles and computer-generated profiles to animate the members.
LocalTemptation.com is a well-created fraud to trick people into purchasing paid memberships, so the website owners can make a lot of money. They are not even hiding the fact that they are using faked profiles and mention it in the terms and conditions.

Computer-generated profiles
Directly after the registration, we are in the members’ area. After a few minutes, we got about 10 likes, a lot of profile visitors and a bunch of emails. Even without having a picture on our profile. This is further proof that the portal is full of computer-generated profiles as well as faked profiles operated by paid moderators. All the messages, chat inquiries and emails are automated, no real women are trying to contact you. It is all a trick, and a fraud to get the user to upgrade. Because, if you want to communicate, you need to upgrade to an expensive package.
The subscriptions for the premium memberships are a big scam as well, because they are hard to terminate and will renew automatically. During our research, we saw a lot of bad reviews on different websites about the online dating portal LocalTemptations.com. Previous users are complaining about the expensive packages with automatic renewal and the fictitious profiles. We are not surprised at all, as the operator High Knight LTD, headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus, is known for their fraudulent websites.

The first impression of the website looks good, a big member pool and a free registration. But after a short investigation, it was pretty clear that the online dating portal LocalTemptation.com is just a big scam. Moderators hiding behind fictitious profiles lure new members into expensive subscription traps.

Unfortunately I was not prepared for being taken advantage of. Being an older male, I should have realized there just wouldn’t be these large numbers of twenty- something- year-old females, (or early 30’s either), desiring my company. I became more suspicious when some profile females I ‘matched’ with or ‘liked’ would respond ONCE or not at all. I am not a homely man, little grey in the hair but still rugged looking so these non- responses didn’t make sense. I also tested the profiles numerous times with accusing them of being automated ‘robot’ response—- not surprisingly the profiles ignored what I said & continued ‘dirty talk’ & ridiculous seduction. Companies that take advantage of persons, (male or female), loneliness should have litigation charges brought against them and their cruelty. Hit the fraudsters/scammers where it does the most damage, their bank accounts! God bless all you seeking your lovers, and watch out for yourselves. There’s immoral vampires out there who want only your money.
I agree, “TOTAL SCAM”. I left messages with well over 50 woman of all ages and had two. one time replies. It’s nice to see all of those beautiful woman and their BOD’s’, but, there are a lot of beautiful woman on this site and by the looks on some of their faces, “They were being forced to do it”. I hope not, but in this day and age, one never knows. To all of you men out there and woman who lean the other way, you are better off going to your local pub or grocery store trying to connect will someone. “STAY OFF OF THESE THESE DATING SITES”. Most of them are scams and you don’t know which ones are for real and which ones are not !! I’ve tried at least a half dozen and they were “ALL SCAMS”. Take your chances but I advise against it.
