Report for GrannyDate.net review
Online sex dating portals for target groups with a fetish for grannies seem to be in trend at the moment. The website GrannyDate.net is no exception. The visitor is greeted on the starting page by a wrinkled woman around 70 years. Those who like it may feel animated by it, every taste is different, thank God.
We scroll down and find that the operator of the site is an old acquaintance of ours, Arnaze Online LTD, based in the small town of Douglas, on the Isle of Man. They run several portals and specialize in websites for men with a penchant for mature, older women. However, the stitch-up which he puts his visitors in, is always the same. With moderated chats, faked profiles, and misinformation, they lead members into expensive subscription traps.

Details on the GrannyDate.net review
The landing page makes a sympathetic impression and offers the promise to quickly find a hot meeting with a grandma. This sounds good, but we do not allow ourselves to be blinded. Since we have already reported about the operator and their nasty tricks, we know that GrannyDate.net is also a rip-off. We know more when we sign up for free and look at the main area of the site. Registration is quick and easy, and the new member is directed to the member area.
But we do not have time to surf through the diversity of members because our inbox fills up every minute. A typical part of the rip-off controlled by moderators hiding behind fantasy profiles and chatbots. These tricks are used by the operator, Arnaze Online LTD, to get the new members to chat.
Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 02/09/2023)
“From time to time, the Company employees (or employees of its parent or affiliated companies) may create test dating profiles for the purpose of checking and testing the functionality of our Website and Service to improve the quality and user experience for its Users.”
However, to be able to respond to these moderated, fake chats, an upgrade of the basic membership is required. And that’s where the second part of the rip-off begins. These memberships are not only expensive and renew automatically every month, but also tricky to cancel. Many former members can sing a song about it. We assume that the members’ area consists almost entirely of faked profiles. The many negative reports on the Internet further support this.

How to cancel
All billing cancellations must be requested via the Cancel Automatic Billing Renewal Request Form which can be obtained by contacting customer services by submitting a ticket via the help desk in the member’s area.
The Cancel Automatic Billing Renewal Request Form must be fully completed and returned to Customer Support at least 5 working days before the renewal date to allow sufficient time to process the request and to ensure the automated re-billing process is stopped for the next renewal term. Any Cancel Automatic Billing Renewal Request Form received with less than 5 working days notice will cancel all future re-billing requests but not the pending re-billing request.
The conclusion from our GrannyDate.net review
Even though Granny pages are currently quite trendy and the first impression of the website GrannyDate.net is also promising, it is a rip-off. Once again, the operator lures its unsuspecting customers into subscription traps with the help of paid moderators and fantasy profiles. So, it is best to avoid this online dating portal.
