The landing page of GoNaughty.com invites you to set up your account for free, and start searching for your next adventure. Apparently, half a million people have already registered here. This huge number of members seems to be a guarantee for a successful dating experience. However, the active user counter, at the top of the screen, indicates that there are only 3000 people online, at the moment of writing. This is just the first disappointment.
Horrendous costs
Since GoNaughty.com advertises with free registration, we expected to communicate with other members without paying. Unfortunately, the basic membership turns out to be useless. To send messages, you must purchase “credits”, which is a digital currency that allows you to unlock the chat features. The price of a single credit is insignificant, but there is a catch.
To send 1 message, you need 100 credits. This will be roughly AUD 4.00, per message. This is not exactly the free experience that we expected. However, this is still not the worst news. It does not matter how many credits you are willing to buy. Your chances of arranging an actual physical date, are virtually non-existent. The majority of the profiles that you interact with, are fake.
Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 31/08/2023)
TRF Networks LTD. clearly reserves the right to communicate with gonaughty.com in regards to self-created profiles. These are fictional profiles where physical bonds are not available.
All fictional
The fine print, at the bottom of the landing page, states that GoNaughty.com is most suitable for people interested in a fantasy chat. We checked the Terms and Conditions, hoping to find a better explanation. There, you read that the member’s area contains self-created profiles, which do correspond to any genuine member. They are controlled by professional moderators whose job is to stimulate you to send messages, for which you will spend a lot of money.
Therefore, GoNaughty.com is a fake chat scam. This is just one of the many rip-offs pulled off by TRF Networks LTD, the Hong Kong-based company which manages this, and many other unreliable dating websites.
