Report for Friends-With-Benefits.com review

The online dating portal Friends-With-Benefits.com advertises a free registration and displays some enticing profile pictures on the landing page. It’s not mentioned in the Terms and Conditions that this website uses fake profiles, but the profile pictures on the landing page look like a cheap fake to us. We did more research online and found reviews about this site being a rip off.

The costs on this portal start from a subscription for a premium-membership. That means stating a free registration is misleading information. The trial premium-membership will run for three days and will be automatically renewed to a monthly paid subscription. It is a cheeky trap. This portal is operated by the company The Perfect Match LTD.

Details on the Friends-With-Benefits.com review

The online dating website Friends-With-Benefits.com appears a bit cheap looking in design. The landing page displays profile pictures which look fake to us. Moreover, the homepage has a bad overview and is missing an imprint. All in all, first impressions don’t look good.

Friends-With-Benefits.com does offer some great things. At least they sound good initially, but on closer inspection, it turns out that the details on the landing page are misleading. As an example, the free registration is a misleading detail. The actual registration is for free, but the use of the website is not. After the registration is done, the user will need a paid premium-membership to start a chat.

Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 29/08/2023)

Friends With Benefits has entertainment as its goal; it is not explicitly the goal of Friends With Benefits for users to date or meet in person. Friends With Benefits expressly reserves the right to contact users through their own created profiles. These fictitious profiles are marked by a heart icon in favourites, and it is not possible to make appointments or physical encounters with them, only chat.

We found reports about this site using fake chats

In regard to the other members of Friends-With-Benefits.com we found some reviews about a fake chat. It appears the operator uses fake operators that manage fake profiles to entice the user to get a paid membership. We found reports about this site using fake chats on the internet, but the Terms and Conditions of the operator do not mention this. We can only assume, from previous users’ experience, that this site is a rip-off with a fake chat.

This website is operated by the company The Perfect Match LTD. which is located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The location itself already points to an untrustworthy operator. This company runs many more dating sites. All of them are a rip-off with a subscription trap. The user will get an offer of a trial premium-membership. It is mentioned in the Terms and Conditions that this trial premium-membership will run for three days and will be renewed automatically to a paid monthly subscription. A user cannot stop this process. This is surely a cheeky trap.

The conclusion from our Friends-With-Benefits.com review

The dating portal Friends-With-Benefits.com is a rip-off with a subscription trap. The trial premium-membership will be automatically extended after three days into a monthly paid subscription. Besides the subscription trap we found some negative reviews about a fake chat. It appears that the members pool is filled with fake profiles that show fictional people.

Updates

17.01.2024

Significant changes have been made to the terms and conditions of Friends-With-Benefits.com since our last review. It’s no longer operated by The Perfect Match LTD but by Funion LP from Ruzinov, Slovakia. This new fake operator employs fictional profiles to engage and entertain users. It is impossible to meet any real members on this site. Furthermore, the site has added expensive one-time payment credit packages in addition to its previous rip-off premium subscription packages. There are no refunds for any terminated subscription.

In fact, many past users accused this site of using fake profiles to lure them into a subscription rip-off. Joining this site is pointless because it’s a fake chat scam designed to rip off clients.

I been ripped off on this site and it usually I sent them my money so t that is elling don't do it $200 plus are more I need a belt momma would say ty again hope they never make a dollar from anyone else 4 life fake fake no ladies just some rich people raking the dollar s I believe

John Blaszczyk

I spent over $2000 at FWB before giving up realizing it to a scam. I chose a couple of "local" ladies with whom I struck up lengthy dialogues with only to find, after doing reverse image search, finding quite amazing amateur pornographic backgrounds. This site is totally fraudulent and should be shut down somehow. You will lose your money here!

M

I remember that frustration, I was about to give up after getting contacted by a few too fit to be true ladies and had had a few long but unfruitful conversations. So I became more selective with the profiles I chose and things improved. I actually have got a couple of phone numbers and three actual dates. All of them were real normal girls, nothing strange. Butyeah, they all use fake profiles to keep us hooked, even Tinder and the other big ones.

Boz

Yes the site is a complete fake. I have done my research and found that out of about 30 chats min 25 of them can be tracked to porn star photos. First starting my search I thought that only big cities are fake. Started because two diff girls been saying exactly the same lines word for word. But later on I realised that the scale of this thing is massive. I'm not sure if there are any normal profiles. Cause the ones I couldn't identify could have been just stolen photos. No dating there, only rip-off. Too bad that I have started my research too late. I don't think I can get them back as the company is Bulgarian.

Dean

Wow i got off lightly compared to some they have no conscience i only spent 200. But if anything in a way that 200 taught me a valuable lesson. I first though it was only a few but then on an identical site in italian were some the same girls. Different names and ages so blatant and alot were from viper girls going back as far as 2008. There was the odd profile picture that I couldn't get any results on but all that means they haven't been published still fake I think you'll be hard pressed to find 2 genuine profiles of women what an experience makes me laugh how they promote the site guaranteeing you get a date or you get all the money you spent the back and that 60% of people do within the first 2 weeks define print says in order to get your money back you need to have visited 7 profiles everyday for 6 months and if after that 6 months you don't have a date they will refund your money what a joke something should be done about it

D

I joined & got a few messages & some of them were quite hot. Then after a few days of getting more & more messages I stupidly put $50 in. I responded to a few of the messages from about 1am on a weeknight. Every one of them responded. I chatted with two in particular and pretty quickly the credit ran out After 2am the messages were still coming & I thought it was strange that every girl on the site was awake. Then it hit me. I've been scammed. I'm an idiot.

bob

Same Experience as the rest of you dudes. Just scum taking advantage of old lonely men, should be called Men with CREDIT CARDS. I called the profiles and web site Support out on how transparent their crap agenda was. After two messages it was clear this site was fake

Adventures

Complete swindle, 95%+ of the profiles are fake with pictures of Porn stars (some stolen models' photos). I personally did reverse image lookups of all the alleged "women" who liked me and reached out to me, nearly all of them returned a positive porn-star listing (there were a couple of pictures that were not identified). Some of the pics, are of porn-stars from 15 years ago. It's a ploy to keep you there to spend your money just like the Australian Personals Site. Their Terms and Conditions do not state this is their Modis operandi (whereas Australian Personals state this blatantly in their T&C's) so there is a definite case to be run against the owners of this site for misrepresentation & fraudulent behaviour, as their T&C's categorically state that there will be interaction between the parties. Not so. this site is exactly the same as the Australian Personals site. I suspect they will have a room full of people responding to your messages, one person looking after several profiles. I started to suspect this with some of the replies I received where the writing style was similar. DO NOT TOUCH WITH A TWENTY FOOT BARGE POLE! All the other comments provided above I concur and support, regarding trying to get the ladies off the site. The other trigger for my suspicions, some of the "ladies" stated they were from towns that I knew, and my local knowledge instantly triggered concerns that I knew were not true, as I let them dig themselves into a deeper hole! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - STAY AWAY FROM FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS.COM

Warren Schwartz

RUN RUN RUN!!! Don't even try, the site is a complete FAKE and a RIP OFF!! You'll spend a fortune on credits just to chat with a girl only to get turned down EVERY time u ask to meet in person. STAY AWAY!! NOT worth the heartache!!!!

Marco

Friends with benefits is a total scam. Fake profiles everywhere. DONT JOIN GUYS!!!

john

I wason this site for 3 or 4 weeks and had a few women who, despite my charm & romantic dialogue, WOULD NOTcome offline. they wouldn't give a number either, which I countered could easily be blocked. the messages are monitored and modified if you try to use emails (.com for instance is rubbed out with asterisks) It's a shame, but yes, I had seven women at the same time...no one would budge! It is a frustratingly expensive passtime for the guys...while the girls are probably sitting next to each other's booths laughing at us. I would get two different personalities within two messages, like Jekyl & Hyde. too funny (not really) yup, definitely a rip off!!

Pat

Convinced it’s a SCAM. Women post very explicit pics which if you research (try TinEye website) are mostly on porn sites. Profile girls keep you chatting & never want to meet - “let’s get to know one another more here first” - next breath they want to do every position in the Karma Sutra with you!!!! Then “let’s take it easy” … then when you say let’s start with a coffee in a safe place they won’t do that … every chat ends with a question so you feel you have to answer… using credit after credit. Nobody wants to chat offline. SCAM ALERT

Lisa

Hello I have just found out after 14 years that my partner has been on this tacky dirty sleasy website I found out because tpmsup. Com were seen on account over 4000 has been spent since Oct of 2021 when it was first opened 29.99 to buy credit just to talk to some sleasy cheap girl how disgusting this is how they rip off the vunrable I am not staying with my partner after this it's absolute rip off the money they make it should be closed down all those girls are not real thirty just getting paid to chat its a scam disgusting filth glad I am a lady

Charles Montroux

When you see a dating website that does not even allow to send a short text for free, it's a scam. This website is a complete scam and it should be denounced as it. Muuuch younger women starting to "chat" and when you yandex up the images, they are all taken from porn sites. It's a scam and the dominion should be denounced and their owners prosecuted.

Andre

LOL, I got scammed for sure. Almost 300$ Can. I joined the site and immediately got bombarded with messages so that right there ate up most of my credits the first time around (I bough 40 which was like 79$ can.); so I bought another 40 (400) credits as I had a few people I was interested in. I narrowed it down to about 4 gals that I wanted to message but soon found the same issues - none of them wanted to message via text or other apps and kept saying they want to get comfortable on the site first. They would end up trying to play the "if you care you'd respect my decision to want to keep it on here . . . etc." Anyhow, I was a bit weary but ended up having one profile who seemed interested in me so I ended up buying 90 credits. But it was like 2 weeks more and still she didn't "feel comfortable" enough to meet up (like almost 3 weeks of messaging by then). Anyhow, I knew something was up as she was not answering questions I had asked and wanted to keep talking (using up credits) about pointless things. Anyhow, I finally got wise to it and searched for the site reviews and came across this. The issues with this site are that most of the profiles seem like they're photos of girls taken in some eastern european dungeon (LOL) and fake, you're messages are not only limited (500 characters ) and censored (you cannot give out a number in private messages even though the website says that is allowed - just not in your description on your profile), the credit system to message is also ridiculously expensive and gets eaten up quickly if you end up falling for a fake profile and keep messaging. There is also no way to block people (profiles) that keep harassing you - I was told by the tech that it is a function that they're "working on". Total scam site - stay away from it. And yes I'm an idiot and the joke was(is) on me for not wising up sooner.

Scam ahead

Reading one of the review comments asking to send them pictures etc One of these profiles was getting very hot with her questions and said if I would send her a photo of my member and she would send in return a full photo of herself as well as a quick video I agreed well sort of She sent a topless shot of herself and a 2 second video so I sent her a photo of not my member but from a screen shot from the internet editing i to look real enough to think it was me she then showed herself again on video flaunting it I took a Screen shot! and to thank me Really for complying !! and then she wrote me a message that if I did not pay her $3300 in the next hour via a link she would post my Dick Picture as she described all over the internet facebook instagram twitter et etc I sent her a screenshot of herself that matched her profile and said go ahead I can post these along with your threats to the Police TOO and I never did hear from her again I had the Money ready too honest!

Scam ahead

I got the impression that maybe these profiles are hired to keep you chatting and they get paid for doing so it makes sense with every comment leads onto replying they will talk dribble sometimes were you would think every message costs money leading onto a lot of money even asking would i be interested to accompany them on a holiday if interested but at the same time make up excuses about meeting up in a secure place to introduce each other I find it odd and misleading and I really do think that there are profiles planted to get the most in credits out of yourself

Eddy

Like many of the other commenters, I realized rather quickly that there was something wrong with the site. I created a profile because I was recently divorced, lonely and thought, why not give this a try. I am a 60 year old man and I was quite up front about who I was (age wise) and didn't upload a pic. Well, I never knew there were that many young women looking for my attention. I purchased credits and started chatting with two "women"; one 45 married and one 35, single. I spent about $50 for credits and chatted with each, one or two times a day for a wwekend. Right from the beginning, there were "signs" The language they used seemed "off" The strange times they would reply to my messages. Both would reply within minutes of each other. Their responses to my messages were over the top, "you're the man of my dreams", "I can tell how wonderful you are", "your words are making me wet" "send me pictures of your c*&k" So, I called them both out and asked them to take a selfie holding a sign that said "Hi Eddy this is (pick a name)" Both replied that they didn't know how to do that. Oh, and they were insulted, hurt and angry that I dare ask such a thing. I used the last of my credits thanking "them" for being so terrible at their job; if they had been better actresses they might have scanned me out of more money. A lesson learned...

Pissedoff

Hey there I have nothing new to add to what all of you guys said...I canceled my CC and the fraud department at my bank told me this site is on their black lust and it's known for scams and shit like that. The only thing I hope is that the women who chat with men aren't in the hands of criminals... that is provided the ones behind the keyboard are women and not men. Tell you friends...and do it old school. I

Kevin

Judging from the replies I received from many gorgeous young women, you'd swear I was a young film star. But I'm not. Far from it. I'm a 58 year old man of average looks. Suffice it to say, I received heaps of attractive offers, extremely sexual wishes expressed by all of the women I spoke with, but NO meetings. I maintained contact with about 6 women from the site - all frankly too young to be likely matches for me, all gorgeous and all totally uninhibited. I maintained 6 conversations in the likelihood that most if not all of them were fake profiles, whose sole job it was, to encourage mugs like me to spend money chatting to them. And spend I sure did. How many thousands I do not know as yet. When I've tallied it up, I'll make a note on this site. I explained to all of these women that even though Covid is rampant, we could meet in 100% safety by observing all Covid protocols - and that we would not get closer than 2.5metres, when we met while Covid Lockdown was in operation. That I explained, would instantly confirm that neither of us was a fake. I further explained that we could then swap contact details, then continue communicating freely and easily with each other, absent of this site's gouging. I also explained that then, we could of course put the site in the bin, where it belongs. This simple strategy gained NOT ONE meeting. although all the omen agreed to. Go figure.

Mike

Scam lost 100 before I read this same shit Gave email address with no response. Bullshit picked the ugly women thinking the hot ones were a scam but the ugly ones are too crazy.

Marcus J

So wish I had bothered to do a bit of research and read these reviews before buying credits on Friends with Benefits. Total scam, big rip-off. Avoid at all costs. On the strength of Clive's comment, I quickly checked my bank account. So far all seems to be OK. What my check did highlight is how 'amateur' I've been. Don't get duped folks.

Russell&

This site is a complete rip off as per many of the comments above. Got suckered in to start with but as the conversations went on, more and more of my questions were not answered and the ladies were saying they weren’t comfortable moving of the site. I offered to explain how to setup an anonymous email account, but got no response to that.. Stay well away from this site unless you are happy to pay for fake conversations

John

Signs of bad business: First sign, not an app only a website. Second sign, cheap site design and layout. Third sign, too many very attractive women throwing themselves at you non stop. Everything that everyone has mentioned above is 100% accurate. I decided to check reviews before spending a dime, thank you for your words gentleman much appreciated. Confirmed what i suspected.

Stu

I have been scammed with FWB I have lost money they lead you on then if you don't message them you never hear from them I hate being ripped off I feel like going to bulgaria and ripping there heads off .

Paul Davidson

Thanks for the heads up. I signed up, and before I could turn around, I'd received half a dozen likes. Finding this strange,I didn't do anything for a couple of days. Thanks to your site I came to the same conclusion, IT'S A SCAM !!! Fortunately, I didn't spend a dime. Thanks for your service, it's greatly appreciated.

Rahul

Fwbpb.com is a fake. Fraudsters take money after promising clients. Plz be aware and instead jerk off and sleep. It should do good. Be safe.

Marten

Hey, yes what s scam. I'd like to chat with Edward about joining a petition or doing something to get these axxxx a hard time.

Clive

I filed in THE USUAL PROFILE questions to have a look without committing to the dating service. I did not give my Authority for. Them to HACK into my bank account details in any way shape or form & nor was i asked to fill in any bank debit form details. I was Charged $99.99 + $2.95 Foreign Transaction, fee. There so Called address. Vtsup.com*FunionL Amsterdam NLD. 18/ JUN 2021

John B

This is a total scamming sight and stay away people !! Pathetic xxxx in Bulgaria or elsewhere just robbing peopleZ Some well versed in English paid employee is sitting in Bulgaria or somewhere else sucking decent people into spending money on non existent people.

Craig

I stupidly and naively joined the site. Everything said above is true. Unfortunately, I found this review after I had purchased credits for chat. The women you chat to do not want to move to text/email.

Matt

I wish I had of found this page prior to signing up to them. It seems that the company has been listening to these sham complaints. There is no credits anymore. They have monthly subscriptions and the operators behind the fake accounts actually give you a contact email or their code for Hangouts app. for correspondence. Hangouts app doesnt allow you to call them, record their mobile number, nor send voice messages, but does allow video messages. I have lost count how many times I have gotten to the point of meeting up with someone, only for them in the last minute, lead me to a site requesting a criminal record check, as they have been attacked before. One even sent me photos of them (without showing their face) depicting bruises on their body. Don't believe it was their photos. I researched this and this is another scam in itself. Its a multi-billion dollar industry. https://blog.dateid.com/hookup-id/ I tell them that I already have a National Police Check for employment and they can't reply. I actually followed through with one of them and they charged me about $40 odd dollars on my account. When I got back to them, stating I had fulfilled what they wanted, they ghosted me. By the way, Im registered from Australia. There are too many inconsistencies in their communication. Another good one is the last minute to meet up, they will inform you that they reside in another state from what is registered/depicted on their profile, so it is virtually impossible to see them. They will give some excuse for why that is the case. Best way to prove they're fake is to tell them to send your mobile a video recording stating exactly what you want them to say such as, "Hello Michael, just sending you this video recording to prove that I am the person in the photos I have sent you and that Im not a fake etc". They won't be able to fulfill this request of course. So it seems that all these quick sex sites are fake. I'd be surprised if even 2 percent of the women registered are real accounts. What I cannot fathom is these findings need to make the news so that everyone is conscious of them. That way nobody will be deceived into signing up with them. It needs to be a headline in the 6 o'clock news and even more thorough coverage with say a show like "60 minutes" etc. Another matter I cannot fathom is, why is there a need for these scam sites? Surely there must be thousands and millions of individuals from both sexes looking for quick sex. How could there not be even one legitimate site to cater this in 2021 is beyond me?

Jonathan Gagnon

Also felt victim to this scam i should have looked up the reviews before Avoid at all cost they will keep you talking and buying credits and never want to move on to something else

Keith Arnold

Total scam

James

I echo all the comments above, from a scam perspective the responses are clever enough, for a new user, to fall for. Its expensive to buy credit and responses to messages sent are always more questions, no answers! The object being to use your credits quickly. 500 characters per message. Responses from fake profiles always ask to keep the chat on the site not offline "if you dont mind" I trialled it ... it is a scam site, not one contact i made wss real

pancho

As everyone has mentioned above, the site requires you to buy credit and it's eaten away by chatting to these "women" Go do I feel like an @rse, first time ever I pay to chat on a dating site, now it's too late what Ive just read is starting to sink in. DOH! Ok well does anyone know if these crooks use your card details to charge you for their "service" or would it be just advisable to contact my bank and hopefully they can stop any transaction through their end? Any advice truly appreciated.

Kevin

TOTAL SCAM - reverse searched every image - 99.9% fakes - every image plucked from cheesy porn sites - must be bots or dumbies responding - but a few are almost believable - objective is to lead you to burn credits - english and grammar is a dead giveaway on many - ridculous leading questions - thought of buying some more credits just to shove it up their phoney butts..

Rhys

Worst possible site. I decided to test it out and after having seemingly good chats I decided to move the chats to kik WhatsApp or messenger. 7 out of 7 all came back with excuses of wanting to give this a go, were not comfy with giving me personal details, (lol kik is very anonymous), so I said bye to everyone. Credits are extremely pricey and you'll run out pretty quick. Oh and if only grinder or scruff had hotties that contact me like these ones on this site do, I'd never need to date again

Ian R

I had almost zero activity after a modest initial flurry Now as I near the end of my credits I have had about 20 incoming ice breakers all of the women were a long distance away so not realistic to start a relationship with. This website definately tries to suck you in to conversations to use up your credits. I tried to get one of them to use y email but the system deleted my email and the women asked me what happened and bingo another 10 credits plus the 10 credits to explain. Also it seems as if they do not understand what you are saying because they will repeat questions and once again they are using up your credits

John Greaney

Signed up but didn't buy any credit, thankfully. Before my account was even live started receiving messages from women. Checked all the pics of the girls that messages using https://tineye.com/ and ask the pics were fake taken from vipergirls Also checked out a lot of the profiles from search and the same all fake. 109% scan site. Deleted amount straight away

Jason Tan

Hey guys thank you so much for all the info that u guys are sharing. I am from australia. Unfortuantely. I was at a dark place and wanted to meet new people. I was talking to a couple of girls and it was going very well. Not until 2 weeks later, i realised it was getting to intense , in the sense that they were starting to get more and more clingy. They wanted me to keeping talking on the site. I realised it was costing me money. Just like you guys said above. Everytime you suggest to use another platform, they come up with the safety card and we feel more safe on this site and very comfortable. I even created them fake snap chat accounts even fake fb account. Giving them the login password and user name. But the refuse to do so. Thats when i knew something was wrong! The sad thing is when u try to confront them about it being a scam. They get very defensive and quite abusive. They even play the victim card, trying to make u feel bad that they are so into you and they really want to get to know u.Unfortuantely in the 2 weeks i spent about $800 aud. I know guys i am a sucker! Hahah thank you for all your reviews. I actually use some of your reviews and sent it to some of the girls to see what there reply is. All of them get defensive and very abusive. Thank you so much guys for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately i didnt read the reviews in time. Also how do you guys get your money back and what do we need to do! Also how do you get off the subscription haha. I guess i can cancell my credit card hahah. Thanks again guys

Cooker

Completely fake. Avoid. Cost me £40 but quickly worked out the answers from two different 'women' were basically the same. Avoid at all costs

Randolf

It all started pretty well and getting plenty of attractive women asking for a chat. After a while, I thought something was fishy. So I registered a brand new account with them (using a newly setup gmail account), without a profile picture, no intro, basically a blank profile. Within 2 days, I got 15 messages. Surprisingly most of them are from the same 'fake woman) which I've been chatting on before on my 'real profile'. Same pictures and identical messages. Be aware, that company runs other dating sites. They are just after your money. Stay away

Tom Mark

I totally agree with the previous comments Friends with benefits total scam fake profiles stay away ! !

Daniel

Fake as fxxx, do not go there, whoever is on the other end is not what you talking to. The landing site repeats the same women, the ones that chat to you are fake, STAY AWAY, id like to mention that i actually got this recommendation from Plenty of fish in there ad's, like user "Mike" said, i also challenged the to move to snapchat or email and they all said, " we like chatting on here", i challenged them further and screen caped the convo's. was a laugh, but do not go there, just a scam

Mike

Morning all, so wish I had read reviews!!! Just spent £200.00 and offered to take chats offline but it’s the same old crap everytime, ‘I prefer to chat on here as it’s safer’ etc etc, I offered a free totally anonymous messaging site (Kik) but none of the ‘girls’ had heard of it - yeah right! Also, when I looked back at replies to my messages some of the English was a ‘little off’ ie the meaning was clear but a person whose first language wouldn’t structure the sentence in the same way! TOTAL SCAM - STAY CLEAR GUYS Mike

D

Hi all, I too have been taken in my this website. The main kicker was when I was chatting I happened to put the word "number" in the chat (while not asking for a phone number, different context), and the Bots response was that it wasn't sure about me now, asking for a phone number so early in the chat. So I immediately called out the chat as being a bot, and sent a customer service request online asking for them to confirm that they don't use bots on the website and demanding a refund. Not likely to get any response, but I am happy to put it out there that these guys are a total scam. Beware everyone.

Barry

Sadly I have been ripped off big time. I found out numerous so called profiles sending word for word the same messages. You get asked questions you have already answered. Standard con is that the person you are chatting with indicates a willingness to meet early in the conversation. Then when you try to set something up you get the same standard excuses. With one it was that I am constrained by school hours at a time during school holidays. The profiles are all fake. Don’t waste your money like I dif

I'm absolutely positively that almost all of the profiles on friends with benefits are fake I've spent $1000 talking to women who I thought were keen to meet me . But they never want to meet they just keep encouraging me to keep chatting at $2 per message this site is a Bulgarian scam . There is a room somewhere in Bulgaria full of scumbags answering all the messages on this site. Don't be fooled like I was they're good they know all the tricks . Even the ugly women are fake

I truly awful site that just takes you money and offers only fake profiles. They will never refund as they are all fakes and I have no proof but I would suspect there are no women on this site at all

Some success guys, Action Fraud and Trading Standards have a reporting facility for reporting fraudulent companies. I’ve just reported it, but more of us need to do this if it’s going to be taken seriously, so please do this guys, it takes ten minutes of online form filling, and let’s get this scam company prosecuted and heavily fined.

Edward

Update: I tried to dispute the three £30 payments through my credit card provider but their conclusion was that I was given the services I paid for. Never mind getting our money back, I believe the best solution is to report it to Ofcom and fraud agencies that will prosecute it and land it with a huge fine. Let the money go to the government. At least it will have been taken off them. So guys, each of us should do this separately so as it looks likely to a prosecuting body that it will be worthwhile prosecuting them. If just one or two guys do it it might just come across as chance.

I got suspicious too... thank Godni didn’t fall victim

Thanks!! You have saved me from being ripped off!! I thought those photos looked different!!

I will agree with everyone who has posted so far, this site is a TOTAL SCAM! Thankfully I only spent £30. I agree if you join a dating site, chat should be free. If you have to pay for chatting to someone then it is a rip off. I got contacted constantly and you start talking to a few people and then you realise after a while, if you don't contact them even though you been talking to them you never hear from them. Best advice is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Edward

Hi, I have had the same experiences on the site as everyone else here. When you ask to move the conversation onto another platform (even just a temporary email address) they say they’re uncomfortable doing so. I have also just been contacted by a new “interested” user whose photos happen to be the same as a user who I had already been chatting to and had refused to take the convo elsewhere. So these are clearly fake profiles run in order to make members buy credits to keep chatting. I’ve taken screenshots of all my chats and of the profiles in question to put to whichever lawsuit firm or conduct authority might be interested in suing them. I suggest others here do that too. The previous commenter Weiberl’s findings are very interesting too. Well worth making a case if someone wants to do that.

Don't fall for the scam site friends with benefits. any site that asks to buy credits, instead charging a monthly amount is a scam

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!

If you log on as a man looking for a woman, scores of tempting and attractive women appear usually with explicit photographs attached. Who takes all these photographs? Many of these women claim to be bisexual and up for threesomes etc. If you log in as a woman looking for a woman there are almost no profiles available. And those that are clearly home taken photos – not an explicit shot in sight. What has happened to all those explicit bisexual women? If you log in as a woman looking for a man, plenty of male photos appear, but they certainly aren’t for the main part explicit. Do we think men are usually much more discreet than women? But if you log in as a man looking for a man, once again the scores of the attractive and naked appear. It’s a scam to catch men looking for women or looking for men.

I read the review and the comment from Harvey, after becoming member. I was bored the day after and got credit £30 which is around 22 chats (just to try it out), it takes about 5 to 10 chats to find the person you like. When I found the person I said I read a review that this site is a scam and let's take it offline, the person said they just needs to know the basics to be comfortable I thought fare enough, at some point through our chats I gave a number which was blocked by it's system and converted the number into stars. I found a work around but won't say how to do it. The person got the number, but other then that work around there is no way to contact people outside of the site. By the time I had 50 credits left (10 credits per chat) I had said let's take it offline 3 times, the last time I said my credit is finished and got a chat back asking to continue the chat online. The person has my number but won't use. The chats have a limit on how much text you can type, so you have to edit it down each time or spear it across 2 chats, since there is no contact outside the site how will one even meet someone, it makes no sense. Thanks to review sites like this otherwise I could have spend more then just £30, it's Definitely a scam site.

Harvey

This sites definately a fake and scamming people. Guys have to buy budle credits which vary from £30,£50,£100 and £250. While you chat to women you use up your credit. So to chat you have to buy credit. Then you get many women dropping you messages and as you intiate conversation you start using up your credit. So you really just need to speak to 1 or 2 just so you save your money. Then the girls i spoke wanted to carry on chatting on the site and didnt want to move off it. So soon you will find out that you keep buying credit just chatting to those women. I used up £400 credit in 3 weeks. So maybe the wonen are getting paid to keep you interested but they never meet you. So i think this site is a rip off.
