Plus, an imprint is not provided. We only the name of the operator is LabMedia. The location of the company is not provided.
So, we did some research about the portal and the operator. We did not find a lot of details about both. In the end, the customer satisfaction is not the best. Still, we did not find any proof that this site is a scam. We did not read about a fake chat or a subscription trap.
We checked the terms and conditions of the site. There we did not read about moderators of fake profiles. We also did not find any note about an automatic renewal of the subscription. However, the website offers a premium-membership. That paid membership is offered with different terms. One of them runs for three years. chats are moderated, moderaters delete accounts for no or frivolous reasons. "Support staff" "moderaters" have access to personal details and conversations, (they are long term members that get free access to "police" the sight, like all policing, it's full of corruption) its a real boys/gurls club, peoples profiles get deleted with out reason or chance to fix, if one of these support staff don't like someone.
