BDSMDate-Australia.com claims to be a BDSM dating site for singles in Australia. Every adult can sign up for free. What seems to be a user-friendly dating service later turns out to be a rip-off. While this site hasn’t received much attention online, a lot of charming women can be found in the members’ area. The operator creates fake profiles and uses them to seduce the users in the chat.
BDSMDate-Australia.com is operated by Date4Friend AG, a company based in the town of Zug in Switzerland. They are infamous for their subscription rip-offs. We have already shared our experience with Date4Friend AG in previous reviews. As a user you soon have to realise that only purchasing a VIP membership makes it possible to freely chat with others. Once you have signed up for this membership, it is hard to get out of it.

On the landing page, we are asked to select our gender. This is the first step of the rather short registration process. The simple look of the page has a certain appeal, but the lack of relevant information worries us. At least we are being told that all the profiles get checked. This statement is misleading. BDSMDate-Australia.com is full of moderated fake profiles. In fact, the operator creates them to trick the users.
We would like to point out that this site is run by Date4Friend AG from Zug in Switzerland. The European company is behind a giant network of scam dating sites that all resemble each other. So far, we have published reviews for several of them. A subscription trap is what makes using this site, as well as the other ones operated by Date4Friend AG, so dangerous. However, for this review we decided to sign up.
What is the VIP membership all about?
On BDSMDate-Australia.com, a distinction is made between two groups of users: There are those who don’t spend any money and those so-called VIP members. VIP members pay for a monthly subscription and receive certain benefits. After signing up, you are made aware of the fact that using the site as a non-paying member doesn’t get you far. You can only send messages to a few selected members. Furthermore, you can’t even read the messages sent to you. This is where the usage of moderated fake profiles pays off for the company.
A clever way to advertise for the expensive membership
Since our profile lacked any information whatsoever, it seemed odd that we started receiving messages from rather attractive female members right away. Our experience has taught us that this indicates the existence of “fake chat” operators. They are moderators who seduce the real users and hide behind fictive profiles. This way, the users are enticed to upgrade their basic membership to an expensive VIP membership. The VIP membership is however a subscription that comes with a notice period of 14 days. You should know that the operator likes to ignore cancellations in general. BDSMDate-Australia.com is a subscription scam.
The conclusion from our BDSMDate-Australia.com review
Our experience on BDSMDate-Australia.com wasn’t a pleasant one. It turned out that most of the other member profiles are fake. They make it possible for the operator to advertise for the VIP membership that is required to use the chat. The notice period of 14 days can easily be missed. Even if you submit a cancellation on time, chances are the operator would just ignore it. This site is merely another subscription scam.

BDSMDate-Australia.com has remained the same since our previous review. The website is still operated by Date4Friend AG from Zug in Switzerland. They have maintained the simple look of the landing page. The website also still offers free registration and user groups. There are two types of users on the website: free users who can browse other profiles and send messages, and VIP members who must pay a monthly subscription fee to access all the features.
The notice time for terminating a paid membership, 14 days for subscriptions shorter than one month, has also stayed consistent. So, we continue to warn you that using this website could be unfavourable.
