Just a vague mention of new adventures around you is visible on the site. From the members’ area, it is easy to locate the “upgrade” section and get to the offered packages. According to the site, maximum security is ensured for the user’s online erotic encounters with a rather dangerous caveat: If you don’t enjoy yourself, you’ll get your money back.

In our opinion, what confuses users the most is the payment section. It’s unclear and counterintuitive, which enables the scam. In fact, the prices of the packages aren’t transparently shown. ‘6 months at $40’ is the initial voice but when it comes to entering bank details, a small writing on the side indicates the payment will actually be $240. In addition, as is often done by many scam companies, the automatic renewal policy is well hidden. Although they try to hide all the evident information, our suspicions were confirmed once we got a good look at the Terms and Conditions.

The term of a paid membership (Premium) corresponds to the period shown in the package description or the period selected by the user when ordering the package (initial term)[…]If the membership is not terminated at the end of the initial term, the contract shall be extended for an indefinite period (contract extension). The period of notice, or, if a different period was stated when the paid access was purchased, for memberships with a term of no more than one month: 14 days, and for memberships with a term of more than one month: 30 days.

The termination of the fee-based contractual relationship must be in text form in order to be effective. To ensure successful processing of the termination, the declaration should contain the full name, the service used, the e-mail address used for registration and the user name. What we find in the T&Cs was the foundation of the scam. Unlike what often happens, we literally found no trace of the words ‘automatic renewal policy.’ Instead, we found the words ‘contract extension.’ By ‘contract,’ they mean the subscription of the premium membership. Therefore, it is reported that if users do not terminate the contract, it will automatically be extended. The user experience will turn into a nightmare.

Pay close attention to what’s written: ‘for those who have bought a one-month subscription, the period within which they must cancel is 14 days in advance. While for those with a longer subscription, the period becomes 30 days.’ These terms are rather unfair. To reinforce our review and prove this is a scam, we found lots of online reviews from people who have had a terrible experience with Paidwings AG, a company based in Cham, Switzerland.
