Report for Aussie-Mums.com review
The online dating platform, Aussie-Mums.com, deceives you, by showing an attractive blond girl, on their homepage. You also find a bunch of women’s profiles at the lower end of the homepage. But when you click on them, you must sign up first. After registration and a few clicks, the operator almost forces you to choose a membership. Otherwise, you are unable to scroll or see other profiles. You get stuck on the membership page. At this point, we recognized that this website was a scam and a clear subscription rip-off.
The website is operated by Paidwings AG from Cham, in Switzerland. On the internet, we found many bad reviews of this company. Most people had the experience of trying a trial membership. This turned into a paid membership, which cost them over 1000 EUR annually.

Details on the Aussie-Mums.com review
The first impression we have of Aussie-Mums.com is that it is trustworthy. The attractive blond woman, and the different profiles below, appear professional. Also, after the registration process, we see a professional homepage. They advertise that this is made with love from Switzerland. The country of origin of the operator, Paidwings AG, is Switzerland. This makes it seem more trustworthy because Switzerland is famous for quality products and professional services, as well a reliable environment. But unfortunately, when we go one step further, everything turns into a scam. The operator manages a subscription rip-off.
Membership types
We were unable to send or receive any messages on the website unless we chose one of the three membership types. They offer one month for 85 AUD. The most popular is 70 AUD per month, for 3 months. The cheapest is 65 AUD per month, for 6 months. The operator informs you that there is a 14-day cancellation period for packages with a one-month term. For all other packages, the period is 30 days.
According to the Terms and Conditions, it is possible to cancel the contract via e-mail or by post. But sending a letter from Australia to Switzerland will cost you a lot of money, if it must arrive at a certain time.
Excerpt from the Terms & Conditions (as of 25/09/2023)
The term of a paid membership (Premium) corresponds to the period shown in the package description or the period selected by the user when ordering the package (initial term). The initial term is a maximum of two years. If the membership is not terminated at the end of the initial term, the contract shall be extended for an indefinite period (contract extension). The period of notice, or, if a different period was stated when the paid access was purchased, for memberships with a term of no more than one month: 14 days, and for memberships with a term of more than one month: 30 days.
All the best with the cancellation
So far, so good. However, from our experience, this is exactly the point where these companies begin their rip-offs. You start sending messages by e-mail and do not receive any response. You also them physical letters by post, as required by the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, you will not get feedback, and your membership will continue, and automatically renewed. As the last step to escape from this carousel, you may need to cancel your credit card. Former user reviews, as well as our own negative experience with this operator, is proof of that.
The conclusion from our Aussie-Mums.com review
The online dating platform Aussie-Mums.com looks professional and trustworthy, as their operator comes from Switzerland. But after registration, and a few clicks, all the promising facts turn into a well-known scam. You are unable to send or receive messages until you pay for membership. This will be extremely difficult to cancel from Australia, which is on the other side of the planet. We can also see from other reviews on the internet, that this website is a clear scam, using a subscription rip-off.
