It is the Infinite Connections Inc that is in London, UK.
The landing page does not show a lot of information. It only mentions that this is the BDSM dating platforms for Australia and that you can register for free. But a free registration does not mean that the use of the portal is for free as well. At least we read about costs in the terms and conditions and more details about the subscription.
