Initially, LuxuryDate.net appears to be a quality dating portal. It advertises itself as a place to meet beautiful, high-profile, singles. The website claims it is free to register and promises a new and exciting experience to each user. Unfortunately, though this website makes a good first impression, we found many negative reviews about the Cyprus based operating company, Basef LTD. This company has a poor reputation on the internet. Past users often accuse them of filling their dating platforms with false profiles.
These send messages, via fake chat operators. Additionally, the Terms and Conditions of LuxuryDate.net, contain the admission, that the website is intended for “entertainment only.” In our experience, this is an indicator of a fake chat scam. Also, to participate in all features of the website, like chatting, and viewing profiles, users are required to purchase an expensive subscription. It has been noted by user reviews, that this automatically renews, if not cancelled in time. Overall, this site is a rip-off. Meeting someone here is unlikely.

When arriving at the LuxuryDate.net home page, it looks like a reliable website. The images are high quality, and it claims to be easy and free to join. However easy, and free to join, is the extent of the information given before registration. There are no hints about what users can expect once signed up. Nor about the additional costs, which accrue, if users want to use the site fully.
Entertainment service
The image of an attractive man, in a suit, is displayed on the home page. This conveys the idea, that LuxuryDate.net is a high-profile dating site, geared towards young, beautiful, and successful people. However, when doing our research, we found multiple negative reviews about other sites operated by Basef LTD, who are based in Nicosia, in Cyprus. Customers state that they had negative experiences on these sites. They suspected that many of the profiles, which interacted with them, were fake.
In the terms and conditions of LuxuryDate.net, we discovered that the website states its purpose as being “entertainment.” This type of wording is often found in the terms of websites that create fake profiles and use fake chat operators. The true purpose is to entice unassuming members into buying a premium membership subscription.

When researching the operator further, it became clear that each of their various dating portals has been suspected of being a scam. They use fake chat operators to extract money from their users, often via a subscription rip-off. Therefore, we cannot not recommend anyone use the services that they advertise. It will most likely result in spending large amounts of money, without finding a date in return.
